Amazing sleep

Have been taking Mynd for a few months now and on top of feeling more alert and focused, which obviously I love, I have also noticed I've been having really restful sleeps! This is definitely new for me and I am loving it. Enjoy having my Mynd in my daily oats or smoothie. Big fan!

Love the new bigger size
